Jens Weyant

Vice President of Product and Technology, ACT

With more than 15 years in thermal management, Jens has designed, developed, fabricated, and tested solutions across ground-based, airborne, power-electronics, and space-flight markets. He holds a B.S. in Physics, an M.S. in Engineering Science, six patents, and numerous publications.

Dr. Nathan Van Velson

Lead Engineer, ACT R&D Group

Nathan holds a Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from Iowa State University and has worked with ACT’s R&D group since 2013. His experience spans cryogenic heat exchangers, thermoelectric cooling, spacecraft thermal management, active two-phase loops, materials characterization, and multiple DoD and DOE innovation programmes.

Dr. Srujan Rokkam

R&D Manager, ACT

Srujan leads a team of more than 20 engineers and technicians solving thermal, fluid, and materials challenges for agencies including NASA, DOE, and DoD. His work includes thermal and materials simulation, additive manufacturing, multiscale modeling, and technology transition.

Deniz Pamukcu

New Business Development Lead, ACT

Deniz serves as the primary point of contact for non-technical programme and contractual details. His background includes engineering leadership across thermal projects, alongside degrees in Chemical Engineering and Business Management and a master’s in Technical Entrepreneurship.

Bryan Muzyka

Vice President of Sales and Marketing, ACT

Bryan supports programme and contractual engagement, bringing prior experience as an Aerospace Research and Development Engineer at ACT. His work includes thermal challenges and solutions for harsh-environment military and aerospace systems.
